Echo Bike KAB-3000: Enhancing Practical In-Ring Stamina & Punching Power Through full-effort alternating upper and lower body movements (push/pull and pedaling), it develops the full-body coordination necessary for explosive punching power and footwork in the ring. The air-resistance system, which increases infinitely in proportion to the user’s force, pushes the heart rate to its limit in a short time, building the tough aerobic and anaerobic practical stamina needed to fight through 3-minute rounds without fatiguing.

2. Rowing Machine JKSE-3500: Full-Body Balance & Safe Weight Cutting Without Joint Strain It is a highly efficient exercise machine that utilizes over 85% of the body’s muscles by connecting the pushing power of the lower body with the pulling power of the upper body. It is excellent for developing the back muscles (latissimus dorsi) required to quickly retract punches. Furthermore, since there is no weight-bearing load on the lower body joints, it is essential for injury-free weight cutting and cardiovascular training for boxers whose knees and ankles are fatigued from roadwork (running).
